There's been a delay in sending bills and statements to some of our customers and you may receive more than one as a result. We're very sorry about this - we know it falls short of the service our customers deserve and we want to help with any problems this may cause.


We have a dedicated team (freephone 0800 316 9776 from a landline or 0330 100 0484 from a mobile) to help with any questions or problems caused by your bill or statement being late or receiving multiple versions. They can help with you with your payments and arrange for any credit due to be sent to you.

Not sure if this relates to the existing problems or is something new. The link is to the old message but I wasn't aware of the duplicate bills.

  • Yes I ve had a grovelling letter apologising for how bad they ve been. I havent been with them long, I m switching again now after sampling what they have to offer
