B&Q useless fools

So for the first time ever I have shopped with B&Q online, I ordered £218 of products which qualified for free delivery and was marked as available for next day delivery. This was the reason I used them rather than another supplier.

So order confirmation received and I wait today and nothing has arrived, so I call them only to be told that the items are mistakenly marked as 'next day' and unfortunately they cant deliver them straight away and will have to keep my money for 3-4 days.

So they have set up a system to take orders, instantly ask my bank to hold the funds and then do nothing to contact you to explain the delay.

Won't be going back to B&Q in future, this sort of shoddy website management I would usually worry about happening with small retailers geeeer.
