A big well done to Radley.
I was given one of the umbrellas as a gift last year, by a dear friend who has now sadly passed away. The brolly snapped while in New York last month..I emailed Radley and said how disappointed I was ..... they asked if I had the receipt for brolly so they could send replacement. I explained it was a gift from a now deceased friend- so I couldn't get hold of a receipt. And in the post today I find a brand new brolly!! Well done to them...thanks Radley!
