Hi all,
I have had a read through the other posts and newbies post, I got a pcn from ukcps ldt on my windscreen recently.
I wanted some advice really, my first instinct was to ignore all and every letter that came way way but have now read that might not be the best way to handle things, however...everyone elses tickets have been unfair and they have had a genuine reason to appeal, i parked right in front of the sign that said not to park there!
So far nothing through the post from them, just a windscreen ticket, but they want £60 from me which considering it was a friday night at 9pm and all the businesses around the carpark were closed is outrageous!
From what I can gather, my next step is to appeal once the letter to the comes through? And not to let them know i was driving as it was my other halfs car?
And advice would be appreciated!
Robyn

You've read the NEWBIES thread? Then you know that you do nothing right now (other than read threads to prepare your PPC appeal and then POPLA appeal as necessary) until the Notice to Keeper arrives.
Who/What/When/Mitigation is irrelevant when it comes to beating these scammers.0
