11.6in touchscreen laptop which 1?

Hi could anyone recommend a 11.6in touchscreen laptop please budget around £400-£450.
Have looked at this one on Currys is it any good?

The envy is massively overpriced for what you get, the asus t100A which is at least twice as quick and was available for £309 until last week, think £319 is the best price.

That was available for £425 during black friday week, might come on offer again in sales

For more basic stuff, the lower end HP 11 is at £279 (A4 processor as opposed to the A6 above)
