Expansys non-delivery - what to do?

Hi,

I ordered a Nexus 10 32gb from Expansys at the end of November. It was shipped on December 2 but Parcelforce have subsequently admitted that they lost the delivery. Expansys have acknowledged this.

Expansys have yet to send out a replacement and it is driving me crazy. I've called and emailed them but their customer service is non-existent.

Has anyone had a similar problem with this company or have any advice on what I should be doing, saying?

All help appreciated.

    Never used them and I know nothing about them, but in your situation I would be using my DSR rights to cancel for a full refund and buy elsewhere.
