The distribution companies will increase their tariffs from 1st April 14 (which includes A standing charge). The supplier increases last year will have accounted for that to some level.

Hello fellow savers,just to add Please Don't think if you pay with prepayment metre keys, either gas are electricity that a switch to Economy Nrg who don't have a standing charge is the incentive to use less duel Fuel are single gas,electric ,I strictly urge you not to switch to this supplier,i have had no electric for the past week at least and for a massive amount of "unefficient" unacceptable mistakes on there behalf,ive had depression for a number of years and also two slipped discs arthuritus sciatica and other ailments even thou iniatialy losing the prepayment key was my fault customer services and care are non existant,the only ever way that I could make any ground was to talk to trading standards who were so helpful,i could go into detail about Economy Energy, but being laughed at as I have had today, by one of there option one, call centre staff who are the only people who actually you can get through too, all other options keep you on hold for an average of 40 mins at a cost,at that time either battery on mobile are call cost Alarm alerts you that you have used most of your credit,so you hopingly ask the first option for somebody to call back which never comes, ive had to swallow my pride and stay at my mothers for to many days now ,cant call it a supplier but a joke of a call centre that hasn't got a clue what there doing, hastadley set up due to government saying that the uk needs more competition, switch to this joke supplier at your peril.
