I have a Medion 8828 Desktop, which has full cable connections for TV/Video, scart, red, white and yellow plugs, and an s-video.
Do I need any other adaptors to get my old VCR's onto my computer and what software would you recommend?

Since installing Windows 7 64 bit, I seem to be having a problem with the TV Tuner in the PC, It refers to 3 in 1 TV Tuner but no name. How can I check if it is working, it does not find the TV signal? What would it show up in under Device Manager?

Do you have any devices with a yellow exclamation mark in device manager?
No drivers for those devices so it wont work.
