10 weeks old faulty phone bought from Currys...refund/replacement?

Hi, I need some advice as to my rights (if I have any!!!) I bought a twin home phone set from Currys locally for £23.99 about 10 weeks ago. The phones have stopped working and I have read the trouble shooting manual that came with the phones but there is something faulty wrong with the phones.
How am I fixed for getting a full refund or replacement with them being 10 weeks old? I have the box they came in.......................Thanks

Refund is unlikely, however if it's a current model they'll exchange it or allow you to swap for a different one.
Best bet is to take it in and ask.0 -

Will do and hope for the best.
But just to confirm, they should allow an exchange and they can't wriggle out of this obligation?“Having, first, gained all you can, and, secondly saved all you can, then give all you can"....John Wesley

They do have the right to say that the phone should be repaired but in all honesty, I can't see that this would be financially viable for something costing £24.0 -
If it's a BT, Panasonic or Logik, it'll be exchanged. Siemens always used to be repaired, but I'm pretty sure enough people fed back that sending a £20 phone for repair was stupid, so that it was changed to exchange.Squirrel! If I tell you who I work for, I'm not allowed to help you. If I don't say, then I can help you with questions and fixing products. Regardless, there's still no secret EU law.
