Delivery in loading bay

i have made representation against croydon parking services for a penalty i received doing delivery parked in a loading bay, i work for DX which deliver just small items but with high value, I HAVE sent proof of delivery with address etc...
Croydon parking reject my representation saying that i mut load or unload bulk packages only, however it's not stated in any signs out there.
Some one can give some advice?
Many Thanks
Wilwagner

You should try https://www.pepipoo.com for this, they are the experts on council tickets. Just to say that councils generally reject all appeals, and you should take this all the way to patas. Pepipoo will need to see both sides of the PCN so scan/photo it in and use tinypic to host it and place links to it in your new thread. When posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.
We don't need the following to help you.
Name, Address, PCN Number, Exact Date Of Incident, Date On Invoice, Reg Number, Vehicle Picture, The Time You Entered & Left Car Park, Or The Amount of Time You Overstayed.

Loading/unloading does not have to be bulky items. High value is just as relevant.

That's the forum to post a pic of both sides of the PCN into a new topic. Pepipoo posters help most people win in the end but you may have to take this to PATAS if it's your van (or if your company allow you to represent them at ticket appeals).
If it's a company van and the firm don't let you handle it (and who could blame them as unfortunately it's the registered keeper's PCN, not yours as driver) then I would write straight back to the Council and disagree immediately with the rejection letter and enclose proof of what was being delivered, value-wise (pepipoo will advise you further). It's not so much about what the signs say - the important thing is what the Traffic Order says about unloading exemptions at that bay.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
