I have a claim with Credit card company xxxxxxx, To reclaim Fees
You submitted a claim on 19/11/2013 at 18:57:43
Your claim was issued on 20/11/2013
XXXXX notified the court of a change of address on 04/12/2013
XXXXX issued an acknowledgment of service on 04/12/2013
XXXXX issued a defence on 12/12/2013
XXXXX notified the court of a change of address on 12/12/2013
I have received nothing from the company, only the acknowledgment of service(Via the court).
How long have they got, to give me a copy of the defense? Time will nearly be up
