Nationwide internet access problem

We had internet access for our Flexi account and Mortgage account. However one day we went to log in and their systems said the details were incorrect.
We have then registered again on line and received the new details. Tried to access the account again it says "the information given is incorrect". After 7 days I registered again and received another lot of details to enter. We have tried again only to get the same response.
We have other bank accounts online and there is no problem it just appears to be with Nationwide. Has anyone else experienced a problem when trying to log on.

I have the same a/c with Nationwide and also a credit card a/c.
I have encountered no probs whatsoever. Nationwide allows you to create one login identity for all you accounts with them.
Also, apart from logging onto their website, I'm also a Microsoft Money user. Nationwide is one of the few UK bank offering full direct compatibility with MM software, meaning it updates my records automatically with downloads whenever I go online with Microsoft Money. So convenient!

I've got a Nationwide online account & must confess last year I had a few problems accessing my account that sound quite similar to those you've been experiencing. I remember at the time there was another post or two here from people having problems, so there must have been a glitch in the system somewhere.
Luckily after having to re-register twice I never experienced any further problems.
Hope you soon get yours sorted.The bigger the bargain, the better I feel.
I should mention that there's only one of me, don't confuse me with others of the same name.0 -
I've just had this problem with my wifes account. I was able to log into my account fine last week and then my wife tried hers to transfer some money and got the same error message. After a few attempts the account was locked and told to re-register. The new log in details have just arrived in the post and things are working again.
My account has always worked okay, but this is the second time it has happened to my wifes account but only in about two years.0
