i have a 30 day ban too because of like and shares i think
, I have been able to enter any FB comps that i have previously already liked page and only need to fill in a form to enter , but cannot enter any that would require me to comment or like a post for now. 0 -
Facebook must know that companies will be running Advent comps - it is the companies they should be telling off for running the L&S. I have been doing some L&S but only for decent prizes. I created a new account using a new email address when this happened to me. Or at least I would have done if Facebook didn't forbid such behaviour :-) I've taken a bit more care about what I've shared since, cancelling the shares that most comps prompt you to share that aren't actually necessary to enter the comp.
I did get warning signs of being forced to log-in using a captcha code prior to the ban, just didn't realise at the time how imminent that meant a ban was :-)0 -

My way is never to enter a L&S comp.There are plenty of others on here to keep me busy.I have never had any FB issue by entering just via FB Apps.
I would advise that you are very careful as having two Fb accounts may mean that you lose both if FB become aware of the second account.0 -

I've noticed an increase in 'like and comment' comps recently..so maybe the message is getting through about sharing and the FB rule on L&S0
