Please help..which dvd drive should i look to buy?

Hi.
I have a dell latitude cpx laptop (that's what the sticker says on the font) and on the back it says model ppx. Im looking to purchase a dvd drive for it but as you can probably guess I have very little knowledge of computers! I would be grateful if someone could recommend a dvd drive for this machine please. You have 2 options, buy from Dell and it will fit the laptop contours perfectly but you eill proberbly pay a fair whack for it and get a poor performance drive per todays standards or if you already have a drive in there that has failed buy a standard laptop dvd drive and fit it in tot he dell connectors you have on the existing drive then put it in to the laptop.

I bought one of these the other week but it was catching on the case of my laptop (not a dell) so I replaced it today with one of these slot loading version and it is perfect no messing witht he drawer opening now. I just need to stick the 100GB drive in it I also bought.
