I got 2 quotes for the roof of my garage


A (Sarnafil)


the first roofer asked me 2052 including vat


to erect a safety handrails
strip off felts covering to 2 x no flat roofs
supply and install sarnafil G410 12 ELF membrane adhered and welded at laps
purpose made drip and abutment details
flashing to roof lights


B (Ruvidex)





·To strip off all felts and decking from the smaller roof and re-deck with new 18mm plywood


· To strip off debris from larger roof and prepare for a roof overlay


· Install Ruvitex single ply PVC (Sarnafil equivalent) system over both roofs and including all detailing.


· Flashings around roof lights


Price: £1650.00+VAT
