Debenhams help please

Hi,

Bought some Jean Paul Gaultier Classique perfume from Debenhams online for a crimbo present for my wife.

I could hear something rattling inside the can so took the cellophane wrapping off to check inside, found one of the plastic tags snapped off, so the bottle wont sit properly.

Debenhams return policy mentions perfume is non returnable unless damaged, but I was hoping to return it to one of there stores for exchange.

I would call them but they are bloomin expensive to call.

Anyone got any advice please.

Why is the phone call expensive, what number is it. If its an 087 number, have a look at Saynoto0870 for an alternative number.
make the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.
and we will never, ever return.

If you don't want to phone them, then write to:

    Debenhams Customer Services,
    4th Floor, 10 Brook St,
    Regents Place,
    London NW1 3FG

But remember that a second class stamp costs 50p and writing the letter will take time and effort.

One way or another, you will need to contact them, won't you?
