This is wrong - drafts never expire.
I think though that the OP has their terminology round the wrong way, and it's actually just a cheque drawn on one of the bank's own accounts, which does NOT make it a draft. In which case it expires legally after 6 years and they are best to obtain another one.urs sinserly,
