Hi
Looking for a wedding reception venue in Glasgow which allows outside catering...anyone any ideas?
Prefer to be city centre or west end but any suggestions welcome!
Thanks

Outside catering, with Scottish weather? Even with Marquees, that's taking a bit of a risk, isn't it?
How many people?0 -
How about Oran Mor?0

Patrick burgh halls or hyndland cricket club both allow outside catering. Pbh more formal, cricket club less so, probably cheaper but with nice grassy grounds which would be good for kids running about. Bar v reasonable too! Both are very close to Patrick train station with offstreet parking xMe debt free thanks to MSE :T0

By "outside catering" I mean - catering arranged to be brough in from somewhere else as most venues want you to use their catering if they have a restaurant or a catering company they always use but I want to pick my own.
Oran Mor won't allow me to bring in my own food.
Thanks0 -

Pollokshields Burgh Hall in Maxwell Park in the south side is gorgeous and lets you bring in caterers and your own bar. I got married there and its amazing!
I think Pollokshaws Burgh Hall also allows the same.
Congratulations on your wedding wherever you chose!0 -

I contacted Pollockshield burgh Hall but they already have a function on the day I want. I'm going to see Pollockshaws Burgh Hall tonight0 -
