Depends on your credit file information. Are you credit worthy?
How much credit do you have? If any?
Are you registered in the electoral roll?
If you have credit and add up all the max figures on the cards/loans etc. How much of a percentage is that of your income?
Generally after being refused credit its probably best to leave it 6 months before applying for anything else.

Either sign up for Noddle for free, or for a month's Experian trial, and see what state your credit is in, that you don't have any rogue accounts that are in default, you are on the electoral roll etc.0
