  • A tribunal hearing can be anything from a few months to over a year - your local office may be able to give a better estimate. Remember DLA is about care and mobility needs - you have taken several positive steps since your last award, perhaps these are indicative that you no longer require round the clock care?

    Without wishing to be intrusive, what exactly have you applied for for your DLA? I'm guessing care issues here. Regardless, it is pretty damned hard to get either the care or mobility component. :(

    it is very selfish to garner the advice wanted and then to remove all ecidence
