Only if there is a particular shortage in your rank and trade, and even then it would depend upon whether or not the Army want you.
Ive seen many personnel lose a career because of a knee-jerk reaction that they regretted the next morning.0 -
There used to be a time when the threat of I will leave was a way of getting something you wanted, now a days once the 7 steps on JPA have been completed, i very much doubt they will allow you to chance your mind.
My advice would have been take redunacy! unless your past your pension point.
