cheap food around covent garden/leicester square please?

I'm taking daughter and friends (aged 15) to London for the day on sat 28 December. We will spend most of the day around the covent garden/Leicester square area and looking or somewhere cheap to eat. Maybe late lunch. Pizza hut and wagamama are possibilities but both going to be around £10 per head. Anyone suggest any cheaper alternatives please? Thanks

Do you shop at Tesco? We always save our points for eating out when we visit London as you can get 4 times the value in Pizza Hut, Prezzo, Cafe Rouge etc. This always saves us a fortune.

Plenty of cheap places in Chinatown just off Leicester Square.
