LL has different tenancy agreement to me

In a roundabout way I have suspicions the LL has a slightly different tenancy agreement than what I do. When we moved in, the estate agent changed a couple of paragraphs and it seems did not pass this edited version on to the LL.
What happens when we come to move out? For instance if the tenancy agreement/inventory says "rug in bedroom" on the old one, then we had it changed to say there was no rug but the LL still thinks there is a rug, will I be charged?
Renting in England.
LL manages property, estate agent just got us in.

With regards to inventory, your agreement will be fine so long as you keep your copy of it. (I would make extra copies as well).0

Do you mean the tenancy agreement or the check-in inventory? Either way, only the one with yours and the LL's original signatures on it would be valid if there was a discrepancy with any "copies" (in the event anything was altered after you or the LL signed it).0
