Victorian refurb, getting help

Hi all
I'm about to buy a Victorian semi in Greater London, needs quite a lot of work...damp problems + rewiring potentially, plus moving a bathroom, re-plastering and redecorating/carpets, updating the kitchen.
I work full-time (in a totally unrelated field) and refurb'ed a Victorian maisonette this year myself: much smaller job and it nearly killed me...
Any ideas where I look for a project manager/supervisor to get it all done (to budget), and what sort of I cost I might be looking at?
Best

I would recommend getting in touch with English Heritage for some advice, they may be able to recommend a project manager etc.

Hi many thanks, will check it out. Am guessing anyone via English Heritage might be pricey

I want to keep some of the period features (where possible but at the same time, am on quite a tight budget! Don't want to sound like a heathen but...anyone got any other suggestions where to look and what to expect from a project manager or similar, on a small residential project like this?
