most appeals will start with a bullet list format, outlining the basics, then have the explanations below

similar to this one by guys-dad

    https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/4816165

also, the main 2 points to concentrate on will be the not a genuine pre-estimate of loss (not a gpeol) , and the no contract (prove a contract exists) - these two are the main reasons that appeals succeed

then maybe signage and the other points later on

so I believe some tidying up and to list stuff in such a way that the assessors DO NOT MISS THEM (because I did - to a point as they were buried in the explanations)

you only get 1 chance at this so check the way the template is laid out and incorporate it into yours

http://parking-prankster.blogspot.com/2013/07/what-does-my-popla-code-mean.html Check your code against that.

But does the fact CPM have left BPA, hence POPLA, mean their codes will no longer work? (The first 3 characters of the code represent the PPC).

It's sometimes an internet browser problem. Can't recall whether it's Firefox, so use IE, or the other way around.

OP - try a different browser and see if that solves the problem. The standard error message in these cases is 'invalid verification code' (or similar). Usually the code is ok, it's just a browser conflict.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Yes it will, please just try another browser. Lots of people get the 'invalid' message at first. You miss your POPLA deadline and you would probably regret it.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
