I am seriously sick of the poor service in my area.
Three times in the last two month I have had signed for/S Del items which have been returned to sorting office without postman leaving a red card. They were all expected, so I managed to track them online, each time it said there had been attemps to deliver them, when I know for a certain fact I was in two of the three days and there was no delivery, no knocking, no red card.
Any suggestions for best complaint route? Local office or their customer service line?

Customer services
the complaints are logged on the complaints systems(as is usual for RM,there are 2!)
However,are there any issues? Is it a main door?0 -

you need to call customer services 08457740 740. they will investigate the complaint for you on the 1 system they have to report the problem to the managercracker challenge silver: £610/£1010.00 :jOne debt vs 100 days: 1000.00/0.000 -
A previous postman told me he didn't bother with red cards, as they were too much trouble. His manager didn't want to know about the problem. Neither are still there fortunately.0
