Car insurance 4 risky pair - accidents, pts, new licence holder

I am trying to get a reasonable car insurance quote and having a great deal of trouble .... my hubby (aged 33) has had 4 accidents - all non fault - 1 one which is still unresolved and has 3 pts on his licence for speeding . Whilst I (aged 35) have had my licence for 9 months ... Martin's 4 step plan is useful but the main screen scraper sites don't seem interested in our business giving us quotes of £7, 8, 900 + for a diesel MPV. Can anyone suggest any insurance companies that are interested in difficult / "high risk" customers? Any help much appreciated.
