does anyone know cheap way to heat a room and dont have to pay much?

If it's just yourself you can just go for the latter and keep the heating on a low level to save money. I find 17-17.5 °C is fine with a jumper and my living room often goes up to 19 °C due to the A/V equipment giving out heat.0 -

And by contrast, mine is at 9C, and I'm spending a lot of time on the sofa with an electric blanket.
Admittedly this does keep me toasty warm for about 45W of power.0
