car parking partnership

Hi all,

Please help as having a moment of worry. I've read previous posts and saw that just ignoring letters was the best solution for these leaches.

My story,
I have a parking space and a permit which is for only my car and my space only, on a few occasions I received parking tickets for more than likely my pass had fallen off the dash and wasn't visible.

I subsequently ignored the following letters from cpp and ps&p as I thought it would be obvious to them when issuing the paper work that the ticketed car was also the only car with a valid permit to park in that space.

Don't really want court cost or a ccj. Any advice please.

    Welcome to MSE!

A few months back, we got soooo busy with new threads, all the same, that to ensure no-one missed out on advice I spent hours writing a sticky (info) thread for the top of the forum, giving it capital letters saying:

NEWBIES!! PRIVATE PARKING TICKET? EVEN AN OLD ONE? ***READ THIS FIRST*** Thankyou!

and making sure it covers in simple terms what all the acronyms mean, how to appeal with a DOZEN linked examples...how to win at POPLA stage...what to do if you miss the appeal deadline & get to debt collector letters stage...and yet every day, newbies don't read it.

I see Guys Dad advised you to read the ''Newbies'' thread on 9th December, when you posted on another thread. What happened since, did you struggle to find it even though it's right at the top of the parking forum like all the info notice (sticky) threads?

You can't get a CCJ from this, not unless you lost in a small claim hearing and then still didn't pay it after the judge said so!
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
