:hello:
Just a quickie, if anyone knows....
If I insert a picture into a Word document, and make a few changes (e.g. add text etc.), is there any way I can then extract the picture and save it as a .jpg (or similar)?
Prizes for any help!* :T

Except it doesn't work! It only copies the picture, not the text boxes! If you lend someone a tenner and never see them again, it was probably worth it.0

Probably not, on account that Word is a word processor, not a graphics programme!
At a pinch you could use Powerpoint...0 -
press print screen and then open your paint package and paste.
Then just crop the image so its just what you want.
The bigger you can get your image on the screen before you press Prt Scr the better the results will be0 -
Cheers all, sorted now with the print screen method. If you lend someone a tenner and never see them again, it was probably worth it.0

If you need to do this again, the easiest way I've found is to save the document as a web page - then Word exports the files as jpegs/bmps along with a plain-text HTML file.0

but would it convert the picture with a text box on it to a combined jpg of the pic with the text?0
