Transferring money from a Mastercard Virtual Account to a normal Bank account.

I have just cashed-out £15 from iPoll. As they don't do Paypal (I asked) but instead offer a range of other options including 'Mastercard Virtual Account'.
I decided to opt for the MVA as my cash-out method. I know that I can use this virtual card to purchase goods online but not off-line.
What I want to know is, is it possible to use some kind of app to actually get the cash into my real Bank account ?.
I have already tried adding the card to one of my Paypal accounts and using it to fund a 'pay for goods or services' into my other Paypal account, but the card issuer won't allow the payment to go through (they are obviously wise to this).
Some kind of app that would allow me to use my phone like a card terminal would be a possibility.
Has anyone actually done this ?.

Did consider Google CHARGE Anywhere app, but I don't think it is available in the UK yet.Never Knowingly Understood.
