Use the POPLA appeal version suitable for VCS at an Airport, as linked in the 'How to win at POPLA' link. It's in the thread you would have read first, the one near the top of the parking tickets forum, called 'Newbies read this first'. It's already written for you and WILL WIN.

Tweak it to suit your case and submit it online immediately you have run your draft version past us for fine-tuning.

Why do you think you only have two days, was that a typo above? What are the 4th, 5th and 6th digits in your POPLA code please, as they will date it and you get 28 days from the date it was generated?

My mistake l think . Thought it was 28 days from the date on the parking charge notice which was the 21st November. The 4th digit is 3, the 5th is 4 and the sixth is 7.
Will now look at the draft hopefully. l am finding getting around the forum a little challenging .

That's fine, it was issued just a few days ago.

See my signature (below all my posts here) for how to use the breadcrumb trail blue link to always find your way back to page one. Try it now, and then read the NEWBIES thread, find the 'How to win at POPLA' link there.

I won't link it for you as a link doesn't help you to find your way around. Click where I tell you to, below, and you are back to page one with the 'sticky' (info) threads always at the top.

The POPLA code is valid for 28 days from date of issue. Many PPCs drag their feet in sending out the codes several days or even weeks after they have been issued but in your case it looks like it's bang up to date as Day 347 was 13th December.

  • This bit :

Ticket in a private car park in England/Wales?... DON'T PAY IT BUT DO NOT IGNORE IT EITHER AS THE ADVICE HAS CHANGED IN 2013!

CLICK on '>Parking Tickets, Fines & Parking>' end of the small blue 'Home>Forums>' link, top of the page, to see current threads.
Do NOT read older advice to ignore, unless it was in Scotland or NI.

Thought I had made that clear:

''my signature (below all my posts here)''

I am still not giving a link because you really do sound like you need to find out how the forum works for you. Try it please.
