When you say a couple of weeks ago, can you be more precise about the date of the alleged offence and the date that the RK received the first NIP? And was it posted first class?

  • Admiral (and associated brands) load for it but apparently it's hit or miss if you apply by phone if they actually ask about SAC or just convictions etc. the usual stuff. Bit naughty thou.

  • insurers have no way of finding out if you've attended a SAC, they rely on your information to provide it.

course tutor will tell you, your data is not sold or released to outside sources of police departments.

If SAC's were mandatory and is endorsed on your license, then I can see the relevance of insurers asking, but as their a private course paid for by you, then they have no right in knowing this information.

this would be like asking if you've attended a first aid course in last five years.

You can tell a little white lie and they have no way of sussing you out.

I would hardly call insurance fraud a 'little white lie'....
