facebook on android phone

hope this is the right place for this post, anyway here goes,

yesterday my phone said it had updates ready, so i accepted them and they updated, then i got a notification that i was running out of storage space.
so i cleared some things, not 100% on what and facebook disappeared and my other apps arent working saying network unavailable.

does anyone know how to get facebook back and my other apps working again?

I originally installed facebook from the google play app store but because they say i still have it on my phone i cant get it off them again.

Have you restarted the phone sine you got the running out of room message?
Some services/programs in the phone will shutdown when the phone runs out of storage and needs a reboot to get them started again.

If you can take out the battery for a few moments then put it back in ant power the phone on.

If the battery is fixed inside then hold the power button for 5 seconds and select "power Off" wait a few moments then power the phone back on.

Is Facebook still showing on your phone in the apps list? if not, eben thoughr Google Play says you have it already, if you have deleted it in error, you can reinstall it
