email ebay, they should be able to give you an address - they did this for me recently on an item that failed just after the 45 day complaint period (turned out he had no items listed and just hadn't checked his ebay emails)

You issue a LBCCA to both E-bay and the seller making it quite clear both will be listed as defendants and they can both sort out in county court who owes the money with the District judge.
If you get no response issue a joint claim with MCOL in both details as joint defendants.
E-bays rules are only policy, no policy is above the legal and lawful princaples of our land.
As you had no contract with the parcel company, you can not list them, the seller will have to counter claim.

Have you checked the 'Business Seller Information' which should be at the bottom of all of their listings? Their address should be there.

I sent them an email yesterday asking for some clarification and that I felt that they were not taking my case seriously as it has been months since I have heard anything and this was the response I got

Now it's just a waiting game and I will give them until the end of the week to come up with some half assed excuse as to why nothing has been claimed for yet!

If they really said "bare with me" then the forthcoming excuse could be half assed in more ways than one!
