Pet Insurance Policies underwritten by RSA

There is a piece in the Guardian today about what would happen to More Than insurance policies if Royal Sun Alliance went into default. Whilst the article says the Financial Services Compensations Scheme would step in and pay 90% of any outstanding claims, it has left me wondering what would happen to lifetime pet insurance policies? Anyone know?

No idea but a very good point (RSA now underwrite a LOT of pet insurance policies)
You could drop a email to the FSCS and askGrocery Challenge £211/£455 (01/01-31/03)
2016 Sell: £125/£250
£1,000 Emergency Fund Challenge #78 £3.96 / £1,000Vet Fund: £410.93 / £1,000

Oh dear, Salems insured by argos which I'm sure is underwritten by RSA too. I've claimed for lily poisoning and guess that no new insurance policy would cover for kidney problems later in life even though he was given a full clean bill of health.0
