In order to help keep the Forum a useful, safe and friendly place for our users, discussions around non-MoneySaving matters are not permitted per the Forum rules. While we understand that mentioning house prices may sometimes be relevant to a user's specific MoneySaving situation, we ask that you please avoid veering into broad, general debates about the market, the economy and politics, as these can unfortunately lead to abusive or hateful behaviour. Do you rent a whole property or a room in a property? What does your contract say, the whole property or a room in a property? Does the landlord live in the property or someone who you pay rent to live there?
There seems to be a complex history that we don't know about involving damage, unemployment, harassment, rent arrears, illegal eviction, etc. We can't advise you correctly if we don't have all the facts. However at the end of the day once the landlord gets a possession order from the S21 you will be forced to move so you need a plan for that above all else.Don't listen to me, I'm no expert!0 -
