PPI claims mostly come under "Unrealised assets" and the IP can redistribute the funds even after the iva has finished.

Youll need to check the terms of your iva, notably unrealised assets.

Right just got off the phone to Iva again who are now writing a letter to me to forward onto HSBC stating that they want nothing to do with the Ppi claim and if they are upholding and awarding any money to award it to me.

Will this letter be good enough? Also is the only way to get in contact with the HSBC Ppi via letters? Would love a phone number or something?

Just had my offer come through this morning of £13,430.44 and I signed it and returned it immediately and will be paid in 4 weeks. This was after freeman jones sent me a letter stating they wanted nothing to do with the Ppi claim as I complete my Iva. Woooo hoooo!

    Well done.

Be interested if it does come in 4 weeks!

It says it will be paid into my bank within 4 weeks of them receiving my signed document. They gave me 8% interest on top of everything else too. So hopefully the end of January the latest fingers crossed anyway :D
