Does anyone know if it's possible to email songs that i already have in itunes.and how to do it? My mate wants copies.

    Right click a file and then send to mail recipient, but it will more than likely just clog up you email client.

    burn to a disc and give to your mate. much easier

    The songs in your iTunes library are just audio files, and like any file you can attach it to an email. However email wasn't designed for moving large files around (although gmail and the like cope with it generally), so as mentioned a CD/DVD, flash drive or FTP server would be a better option.

    The smilie from Merciless Killer suggests that he/she is being somewhat ironic but to clarify this, it is in no way unlawful to send someone an audio file, just as it is not unlawful to send someone a PDF or a Word document. However, if you send a copy of a piece of music that you do not control the rights to, or do not have permission to do so, then that's a different matter.
