Isn't it just another holiday club/timeshare type scam? That's what is reads like to me, i wouldn't touch it with a barge pole.Accept your past without regret, handle your present with confidence and face your future without fear0

If you go down to the woods today you better not go alone.0

I wouldn't touch it with peachyprice's barge pole, let alone my own.Change is inevitable, except from a vending machine.0

HPB appears to be like Marmite, some people love it, others warn that annual costs keep rising and at times difficulty getting the weeks you want to book. Personally I have never seen the attraction of using capital to buy holidays, it is a long term commitment with no guarantee of being able to dispose of your points when you need the cash. The whole operation is run through a myriad of off shore tax havens, just who makes the money, I am not sure. Investigate carefully, visit the centres in the UK, they are very high standard but use your head, not your heart to decide whether to buy or not0

Than you for your replies,it's much what I thought,don't think I'll bother.Jane x0

Sheesh...nothing like taking advice from a bunch of self appointed experts who know SFA about the HPB then is there:D
The other thread got better once the idiots who pretended they knew about HPB were confronted and outed, so I'd suggest you read that as there is at leasts some sense on it.
Oh yes....before I forget, I've been an HPB bond member for 27 years. What would I know?:rotfl::doh:0 -
Why would you revive a thread that has had no action since December 2013 and then be abusive? No one would have read any of these points unless you re opened the thread! I suggest you let it die again if it is so wrong.....0

So you've never used Google? I've found countless forum posts through Google that are months/years old. I assume that's how they found it. If they think the information is wrong then I see no reason why they can't correct it.0 -

Why not? The information given by some of these so called informants is just as rubbish now as it was in December 2013. It needs to be called to account.
I happened to do a forum search and saw the thread for the first time. Please don't try and dictate what I should and should not reply to. Perhaps your criticism would be better directed at people who give advice to others from a position that is one of total and utter ignorance. I've seen so much utter garbage written about HPB on this site to last me a lifetime. If you can put up with that without complaining about it you can put up with me lampooning it as well can't you. They deserve the insults as they think nothing of impugning the HPB and the people who have put their money into it, and then get all wobbly lipped when somebody like me takes them to task about the rubbish they write.
Diddums!
