Hi everyone :j

Sorry for hijacking the thread but I have a question about saving 50p’s and I found this thread when I googled my questions. I use this forum so thought it’s worth an ask here rather than post a whole new thread (as I wouldn’t know where to put it anyway).

I have bought a Deluxe Terramundi pot which apparently can hold up to £3000 in pound coins (wow). However my OH says that he probably won’t put £1 coins in it because he spends them and is more likely to put in 50ps. I am thinking of us putting in both to boost up the funds because obviously 50ps will take up more space.

Anyway, my questions are:

Has anyone ever saved 50ps in Terramundi pots (even the normal sized ones)?

and if so,

How much was in after how long?

Can I join please???? I love 50p's!!

Also could I ask a question - I am also a member of sealed pot, does anyone else do that and also collect the separate coins (thinking of joining 20p thread also?) if so how do you find it works best? I would keep a separate pot for each different coin I think but add all to the sealed pot total as well, if that makes sense? Otherwise I'll be collecting nothing for the sealed pot challenge.
