lost bank card

If I report my card lost and ask for replacement can my dad still deposit money into my bank? And can I still withdraw...

There is normally no reason to lock the account if a card is reported as lost so any payments in will be processed and you would be able to withdraw money if you go into branch with appropriate ID but you should confirm this with your bank.
BTW, the way you worded your question it sounds you aren't quite sure yet whether you want to lose your card.0
