Thomsons: online & high street, are they seperate?

I booked a holiday with Thomsons online for next October that I can no longer go on.

I've paid £300 deposit and need to pay a further £100 on the 15th jan to secure the holiday.

I would like to change the holiday to a summer holiday and add another person, I know this will incur charges which is fine, but can I go into a high street shop to discuss this or do I have to do it online as it was booked that way?

You'll have to do it online or you maybe able to ring some head office number, but you won't be able to do it in a shop as you won't be on their database.
