Humax Customer Service Is Awful!!

I bought a Humax pvr a couple of weeks ago. (2000t)
I registered the product online and a code should have been sent via email - none received.
The is a YouTube app on the box which plays hardly any videos. I am also getting an error message every now and again.
I have tried phoning them and 3 times have been disconnected after waiting 10 minutes.
I have pm'd them via Facebook, no response.
Really upset at the level of customer support.
