Groupon holiday deals

Hi
I was just wondering if anyone could give me any advice.
I recently booked a deal off groupon for a two night trip to rome with flights included. With less than a month to go to the trip, i'm really worried that I have been scammed. I have checked the reviews of the company (airbridge travel) and its has really bad reviews with people saying they never got the holiday in the end. I've emailed them a number of times but they have yet to give me my holiday information. I have just checked and on the website it says atol protected I am not sure if this is real, Does anyone know what my rights are or what I could do with either the company or groupon?
I'd be grateful if anyone could give me any advice.

Do you have a booking code for your flights? Maybe you could check in a MMB sort of thing0

I haven't got any booking codes, just the email from groupon confirming the purchase and then the two vouchers stating the booking. Also, when I booked with the company they did not confirm however emails they have sent confirm they received the booking.
I'm not sure what an mmb is?
Thank you for your help0 -
mmb is manage my booking, usually on an airlines web page somewhere so you can check your booking and check in online.
Could you find out the phone number of the hotel you are staying in and give them a ring to see if you have a booking.0 -
We booked a mystery weekend with groupon getaways. It wasadvertised as ‘from £99’. Due to the twonights being fully booked, we opted for a 3 night stay for £139. The agent called me and informed me that wewould have to leave from Stanstead at 10.30pm arriving to Budapest at midnightwithout transfers and leaving Budapest at 6.30am. Hardly a 3 night stay when 1 night meant assoon as we landed and the other hardly worth sleeping when we had to be at theairport at 4.30am.
I explained to the agent that this would not bepossible. He then went on to charge us £40each extra for normal flight times. Wepaid the extra money and received our confirmation. We have since found out that it would havebeen cheaper to book direct with Ryanair and the hotel.
Always check before confirming with groupon as they are moreexpensive than booking directly.
I then wanted to check in extra luggage, so went on toRyanair and found out the charge was £15 one way. So went on to pay and was informed I couldn’tdo it directly because my email address didn’t match the one Ryanair have ontheir system and was informed to contact the third party that booked the citybreak for us. I called the grouponcustomer services number and got through to their finance department who gaveme a different telephone number for their customer services department. After getting through to a customer serviceassistant, and I explained that I’d like to pay the £15 Ryanair charge, shetold me that it would be a £20 charge. Iexplained that Ryanair were advertising it for £15. She couldn’t explain the reason for theadditional £10 charge. So I couldn’tspeak to Ryanair directly, and the assistant couldn’t explain the additionalcharge/ conflicting charge.
We are due to go in 2 weeks’ time, but have lost a lot offaith in groupon. Am not expecting muchonce we arrive. After finding out thename of our hotel, and trip adviser-ing it, it doesn’t sound too good!
I would strongly recommend that you don’t book with groupongetaways. It’ll be my first and lasttime that’s for sure.
