Ukcps parking notice

Hi not posted before so apologies for any shortcomings but advice needed
My daughter received a PCN from UKPCS whilst parked in Lincoln when she discovered the ticket and in blind panic fearing I would do the fatherly wagging finger she went on line to follow the paying instructions. However when inputting the ticket no. It related to a different vehicle reg . Different date, time and location to where she had left the car. She emailed them and heard nothing until a notification arrived yesterday saying the price had gone p to £100. I then rang and spoke to the manger and relayed he mistake ( but not admitting any liability or driver admission) and they said that they would reset the cost back to £ 60 until the 24/12/13.
However looking at the letter it states that her vehicle was parked on the wrong date, wrong time, and wrong location,
The ticket was originally issued on 25/10/13 so this falls outside the 14 days for appeal.
Can anyone help with guidance on how to deal with his the notification letter was written 46 days after the ticket was issued but 69 days after the stated parking date on the letter
Also checking the ticket number on he website it now has her correct registration no. But incorrect date time location.

You appeal to the Parking company in writing denying any liability.
Dear UKCPS,
Ref xxxxxxxx Vehicle Reg xxxxxxxx
I refer you to your letter dated dd/mm/yy.
I am the keeper of the above vehicle and I deny categorically that this vehicle was parked at the location and time indicated in the letter. I require photographic evidence to prove otherwise.
I expect the ticket to be cancelled forthwith or a POPLA code by return. Please note that I am aware of the recent November letter to BPA members reminding parking companies that appeal from registered keepers MUST be allowed and POPLA codes supplied when asked for. I will have no hesitation in reporting this to the BPA should you fail to comply.
Yours faithfully
Name
Registered Keeper
Now, please go and read Coupon-Mad's sticky thread for NEWBIES at the top of this forum and get up to speed. You will realise that you made a couple of real basic mistakes and with our help we will stop you making any others!
Please come back when you have read the thread and sent the appeal but don't try to embellish it unless advised by other regular contributors.
Not trying to belittle you, just trying to get your daughter to hang on to her money.0
