Santander Instant Saver account

Hello, does anyone know what the sort code will be for a Santanter Instant Saver account held with them, not administered on line.
Santander have advised me that their specific branches dont have sort codes now & i beleive it depends on the type of account.
I am unable to find it on what little paperwork is availble to me (am asking on behalf of someone else)
