    I understand that no win = no fee get paid from the insurers of the negligent party if you win. The court will award costs against the negligent and that is what pays them. I do know as well that one of the big ones who advertise on TV do take a percentage as well. So before you instruct one if thats the way you want to go check what they want when you win
