Hello Everybody!
Were currently living in Scotland however I've have applied for some promotions down south in B'Ham & Southampton.
I'm currently in a DAS (Debt Arrangement Scheme - Scotland) and was wondering if these credit checks most agencies do will have any impact on us getting a home?
Any advise from anybody would be greatfull espcially people who are currently working in a letting agent.
Thanks

If you have defaults and/or late payments they will prob show up on a credit check. Checking the DAS register is free, but whether English letting agents would look there specifically - I'm not so sure.Don't try to keep up with the Joneses - Drag them down to your level - it's cheaper .
