on a £100 shop you might on average get 70 items save
    10p per product = £7 a week ~ £28 a month
    20p per product = £14 a week ~ £56 a month
30p per product = £21 a week ~ £84 a month (or in other words one weeks shoping at the new price)

I live a couple of miles from Scan and have used them countless times over the years and they are great, you shouldn't have any trouble.
The website is a little hard to navigate sometimes which is linked to your problem I suppose, but don't worry you should be fine.
There are 10 types of people who understand binary, those that do and those that don't !
  • I had an RAM number but had to pay £11.00 to send it back, its faulty and they have offered £5.00, under the sale of goods act they should pay the full cost i believe.
  • I've never needed to return anything after the few purchases that I have made so far but after reading some other people's experiences I was not very encouraged by what I have read. They made me very hesitant before ordering especially when you see their insurance type offers.

    Check resellerratings for more info.

That sounds a bit strange. I've returned quite a few things to Scan over the years, and invariably with faulty items returned through their RMA system they have arranged collection at their expense. Definitely worth phoning them and asking what's going on if that's not happening for you.
